Return & Refund Policy

At Corecura, we strive to provide high-quality herbal and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
    • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To request a return, customers must provide:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Perishable or consumable herbal items
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details.

4. Replacement Policy

  • We offer free replacement for damaged or incorrect products instead of refunds where applicable.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
