At Corecura, we strive to provide high-quality herbal and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return and refund guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- To request a return, customers must provide:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Perishable or consumable herbal items
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
3. Refund Policy
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details.
4. Replacement Policy
- We offer free replacement for damaged or incorrect products instead of refunds where applicable.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
