I ordered this several months ago and have used, not consistently but, have consumed enough at this point that I feel I can provide an informed review.

Overall I think this is a decent product and has more positives than negatives.

The resin does enhance energy and stamina while working out and throughout my day. It has slightly helped with brain fog and focus, some days feel better than others, and it has helped with swelling. I urinate more frequently when using the product consistently.
It is designed for daily use and is made by dissolving it in warm water or beverage of your choice on an empty stomach. The taste is strong, it has an earthy, mineral taste to it. I highly recommend mixing it into coffee or tea, as it makes it more palatable for sure. I have mostly mixed in with my coffee. It dissolves quickly. The recommended dosage is 400 mg and is measured easily with the included spoon. It has 125 servings in the package.

Shilajit resin is...odd. It tastes like a combination of acai paste and soil. It doesn't taste "dirty," just earthy. I found mixing it in a small amount of water, then following it up with a full glass was much more pleasant than trying to drink a full glass of watered down resin.

I'm very sensitive to meds and supplements, so I started with roughly 1/4 dose; think seed pearl size. I'm now taking a pea-sized dose which is the recommended amount, and haven't had any truly negative side effects. I had one slight dizzy spell that was a classic low blood sugar response. Now I make sure I don't take it before breakfast and have had no more issues.
The first positive thing I noticed after about 2 weeks was a lack of joint pain. Remember in the Wizard of Oz when Dorothy oiled the Tin Man? I feel like I've been oiled. I'm over 60, grew up a country girl, and joints get even when you spent pre-teen years moving bales of hay, being rolled on by a horse, and occasionally being the rock in the trebuchet.

I'm also experiencing an increase in energy. Not a wired caffeine-like zap, but a calm increase that is very similar to taking a B Complex chewable. Having this gentle lift has also helped with my anxiety and depression. To compare- Xanax is like being swaddled in a big fluffy blanket. Shilajit is like having a hoodie of the same material.

Other effects noted:
Lymph drainage. AKA, hey look! My ankles are back!
My face broke out when I first started using this, but has cleared up since and is very clear and smooth.
My nails are growing more quickly and are noticably stronger. There is very little hair in my brush these days, and I've always been prone to shedding.

I'm not ready to give this 5 stars, yet, but in another month that may change.
